A selection of Power BI reports I’ve designed and developed for organizations in wholesale, retail, manufacturing, and healthcare. Examples are shown as static screenshots, with client names withheld and data anonymized.

Executive Level Weekly Sales Report

Power BI report | Microsoft Fabric Direct Lake semantic model

Senior leaders at a US-based wholesale organization wanted a high-level view of their sales data, and many of them were new to Power BI. I designed the report so they could start at the top of the organization and drill into supporting KPIs at each level of the hierarchy, building a holistic view of the business.

Built with: custom-designed backgrounds using Figma,a custom KPI card visual developed with Claude Code, and Deneb (Vega and Vega-Lite) visuals.

Demand Chain Executive Dashboard

Power BI report | Import semantic model

Built in collaboration with a supply chain leader at a large national retail chain. Each tile represents a success metric, grouped into four strategic pillars, with custom tooltips that show progress toward each metric’s target.

Inventory Count Reconciliation Report

Power BI report | DirectQuery semantic model with SQL Server backend

Developed for a multi-site US manufacturer, this report supported the operations team’s month-end inventory count and reconciliation. Every colored tile drills through to the line-level detail behind its metric, so the team could quickly find and resolve discrepancies.

Data Exchange Dashboard

Power BI Dashboard | Import semantic model

Displayed on a large screen in the data team’s office at a US healthcare organization, this frequently refreshed dashboard let the team monitor the status and data quality of inbound datasets at a glance.

How to Read the Box & Whisker Chart

Power BI Report Page

A box-and-whisker chart told the story best in this healthcare report, but some of the audience hadn’t seen one before. Instead of switching to a weaker chart, I added this guide page. I build help and explanatory pages like this into my reports so users can read them with confidence.
